Applying Quality Fitness Tips Will Help You Lose Weight, Get Fit And Live Healthy

Hello,

My name is Scott Gray, and like most of us, I found myself in my 20's, 25 pounds overweight and not enjoying life because I was heavy and out of shape. Until a medical condition, I was playing plenty of physical sports, but was somehow still battling the bulge.

After the diagnosis of a health condition I was forced to give up all the sports I had loved and played all my life, and was given a stern warning to lose those pounds fast. My first thought was how? There were plenty of fitness tips out there, but many of them were conflicting, and many also ended up being incorrect.

15 year later, thanks to my recumbent and stationary exercise bikes and a healthy diet, I am slimmer and fitter in my 40's than I was in my 20's. I have made health and fitness my lifelong passion.

I have attended many courses concerning health and fitness and still do today. In this ever-busy world we live in, it can be hard to find the time to exercise and eat healthy. I work from home, have a wife and 2 children, and live in Canada (not the best place for year round outdoor activities).

On this site, FitnessTips101.com, I'll share strategies for incorporating a healthy diet and exercise into your daily everyday life. Pretty soon you will be like me and wondering how you ever lived without your new lifestyle.
